Advancing Food is Medicine 2026 - Oct 2026

📅 20 October 2026 – 22 October 2026 | 📍 Edmond, Oklahoma, USA
Please join us for a transformative program that breaks down siloes between health care and agriculture and advances a growing movement to improve our food supply.
📅 Join us at The Springs in Edmond, Oklahoma, on October 20 and 21, 2026, to learn how you can start or expand the important work you are already doing. During this time, we’ll dive into the central role food plays in regenerating communities, food-is-medicine programs, nutrient density and testing, local food supply chains, organic and regenerative agriculture and how all of these things play a role in community, environmental, and human health.
Early bird pricing for students, nonprofits, and general admission extends through July 31, 2026. Thanks to our partnership with OCIA and USDA, we are able to admit farmers and ranchers for free to the farm tour and conference and offer an affordable rate for everyone else. This will be our fourth national program, which was founded in 2023.
