Maine Heritage Orchard Volunteer Workday - Jun 2026

📅 20 June 2026 | 📍 Maine Heritage Orchard, 85 Crosby Brook Rd, Unity, ME, 04988, United States
MOFGA’s beautiful 10 acre educational and preservation orchard is home to 350+ varieties of heirloom apples and pears.
Help take care of these beautiful trees throughout the season so they can continue to thrive for future generations. We’ll have monthly volunteer workdays in the orchard. Seasonal tasks might include weeding, mulching, and more. You might learn some orcharding tips or get to try some apples along the way! We’ll also have a light lunch available. Remember to dress for work outside! We’ll plan to work rain or shine. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know!
