In celebration of the United States' 250th anniversary, the Backyard Bookshelf and A & H Farm will host two community presentations by Dr. Louise Breen, assoc. prof. of history and expert on colonial America and the American Revolution.
Through a discussion of key events, ideas and historical context leading up to the American Revolution, Dr. Breen will explore the foundations of the nation and the path toward independence. These conversations offer an opportunity for community members to reflect on our shared history and deepen their understanding of the events that shaped the U.S.
