Pest Management for Small-Scale Growers - Jul 2026

📅 23 July 2026 | 📍 Food Link Community Farm, 607 Lexington Ave., Rochester, NY, 14613, United States
Join us for a hands-on field day exploring integrated pest management tools for small‑scale growing spaces and the opportunity to build community with local growers! This event will focus on best practices for using row covers, biocontrols, trapping, and more. We will highlight a CCE demonstration trial using insect exclusion netting and entomopathogenic nematodes to manage swede midge, an invasive fly that causes damage to brassica crops. We will hear from local growers on how they manage pests on their farms and gardens with a focus on organic management.
