Dates and times: The workshop will run from 10.30am on the 19th June to 5pm on the Summer Solstice (21st June) 2026

Costs: Tickets for the 3-day fermentation workshop are £660 (inc VAT) per person and include an abundance of organic, wild food & ferments to feast on!  Discounted tickets: £645 if paid in full at registration  Deposit & Payment Plan: £320 non-refundable deposit to secure your place and the balance (£340) by 21st April 2026
