Four Course Living - Jun 2026

The Four-Course Living program offered by Johnson County Extension works with adults with developmental disabilities to discover the importance of good nutrition, safety, planning, and preparation through a series of hands-on cooking classes. Hearty Vegetarian Food Menu: Rainbow Chard Quiche, BBQ Jackfruit Sandwiches, Street Lentil Tacos, and Avocado Chocolate Mousse. Each group may only register up to 6 individuals not counting staff, family members, or drivers. Staff and/or family members are invited to observe and join us for a meal at no additional cost. Class payment is collected at the door.
