About the Facilitator  Kaila Dixon is a yoga teacher, musician, sound healer, and retreat facilitator devoted to creating grounded and heart centered experiences that bring people back into connection with themselves through movement, music, breath, and sound. With over five years of teaching experience, Kaila’s offerings weave together Vinyasa inspired yoga, meditation, vocal expression, live music, and immersive sound healing to create spaces that feel both nourishing and deeply human. Her classes are inspired by her studies in India, her background in music and movement, and her passion for creating spaces where people can soften, express, reconnect, and simply be. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, guitar, flute, drum, chimes, and voice, Kaila creates intuitive soundscapes that support relaxation, emotional release, grounding, and connection.

Morning Vinyasa w/ Kaila

Morning Vinyasa & Sound healing is a 60 minute energizing and grounding practice designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and reconnect you to your breath and energy for the day ahead. This offering blends an uplifting Vinyasa inspired flow with live music and restorative sound healing to create a balanced morning experience that leaves you feeling both energized and centered. The first half of class focuses on breath led movement, strength, mobility, and fluid flow to build heat, circulation, and presence in the body. The second half transitions into grounding sound healing and meditation supported by crystal singing bowls, guitar, chimes, voice, and other live instruments to help integrate the practice and regulate the nervous system before moving into the rest of your day. This class is an invitation to move, breathe, release stagnant energy, and begin the morning feeling more connected, open, and alive. What To Expect Participants can expect an accessible Vinyasa inspired flow that combines mindful movement, breathwork, gentle strengthening, stretching, and fluid transitions to awaken the body and energy centers. The class then shifts into a nourishing sound healing experience designed to support grounding, clarity, and relaxation. What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during the sound healing portion of class such as a light blanket, pillow, or extra layer. Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and relaxation is encouraged.
