Join your fellow farmers as they open up their farms for this series of tours. There will be plenty of food and time to talk shop and connect over the season at hand. RSVP HERE

Wednesday, September 16th, 5-7 p.m.

Join Ben and Taryn Marcus for a farm tour and discussion of crop rotation. Conversation will include their collaboration with a neighboring dairy farm to rotate fields to produce high value forage for the dairy and discuss the benefits of long term perennial cover crops for soil health and the subsequent row crops. There will be pizza and salad!

These events are supported through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). TOPP is a program of the USDA Organic Transition Initiative and is administered by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) National Organic Program (NOP).
