Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County will be holding a “Starting Shiitake Mushrooms” workshop on Friday, July 10, at 3:00 pm. This program is perfect for the very beginner as well as the enthusiast who might want to learn other techniques of raising shiitake mushrooms. There will be a limited number of bolts available for participants to take home. Bolts are $20 a piece and must be paid for at the time of registration. Pre-registration is required.
This program will be facilitated by Connor Youngerman from the Cornell Small Farms Program and will be hosted at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 377 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY.
