Calling all mushroom farmers, CCE, and technical service providers! Join us for an afternoon of lightning talks, small group discussions, and networking. Topics include mushroom research, regulation, and advocacy updates, production and value-added product best practices, and more. Dinner will be provided. This event is presented by the Cornell Small Farms Program, CCE Cornell Vegetable Program, CCE Harvest NY, CCE Wyoming, and Flat 12 Mushrooms.
The programming focuses on information for experienced mushroom growers. Space is limited. If you are just getting started with specialty mushrooms, we encourage you to start with our online courses on indoor or outdoor production.
