Celebrate the heat of summer, delicious food, and local organic dairy farms: learn how to make ice cream!
In this workshop with MOFGA’s Livestock & Dairy Specialist, Jacki Martinez-Perkins, participants will learn to make ice cream in their home kitchens. The workshop will feature simple ingredients, sourced from local organic farms. Participants will have opportunities to contribute to the ice cream making process and, most importantly, taste the ice cream!
