The 4PM Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) is an immersive, multi-site regenerative learning journey in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, rooted in permaculture ethics of Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share. Named '4PM' to foster a For Permaculture network and evoke after-school or post-work learning times, this course aligns with internationally recognized PDC frameworks.
