Join Rodale Institute and local partners for an evening focused on organic transition and the growing market for heritage grains in Ventura County. This field day is designed for farmers interested in exploring organic production, heritage grains, and new market opportunities.
Why Ventura County?
Ventura County is one of the most important agricultural regions in the United States. Yet according to the Environmental Working Group, more than 32 million pounds of toxic pesticides were used on county farm fields between 2015 and 2022.
Regenerate Ventura is working to support farmers who want practical, chemical-free alternatives that protect soil health, farm viability, and long-term agricultural resilience in the region.
